The server is a parish member who assists the priest and deacon during the Mass so that the liturgical celebration can be conducted with grace and reverence. 

Duties may include carrying the cross and the processional candles, holding the book for the priest when he is not at the altar, carrying the incense and censer, presenting the bread, wine, and water to the priest during the preparation of the gifts, assisting the priest when he receives the gifts from the people, washing the hands of the priest, and assisting the priest and deacon as necessary.

All boys and men of the parish are welcome to serve. Training will be provided. Please contact the office with inquiries.
